SimpleBridge is a decentralized, non-custodial visual interface that allows users to interact with third-party decentralized routing protocols (including LI.FI) and underlying blockchain smart contracts. SimpleBridge does not custody, store, hold, or control your digital assets or private keys at any point.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using SimpleBridge, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi), including but not limited to:

• Price volatility, slippage, and liquidity fluctuations.
• Network congestion, gas fees, and delayed or failed transactions.
• Smart contract and third-party protocol vulnerabilities.

SimpleBridge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall SimpleBridge or its developers be liable for any damages, losses, or failed transactions arising out of your use of the interface or third-party protocols.
